As a voice of Florida’s electric cooperatives, Florida Monthly emphasizes local leisure and travel activities, as well as the safe and efficient use of electricity. Content includes feature articles and legislative editorials of general interest to Florida readers. The magazine is weighted toward historical and in-state features with each participating cooperative allotted eight pages monthly.
Florida Monthly is circulated not only to the homes of families served by six of the state’s electric cooperatives, but also to state and federal government officials, community leaders, and other paid subscribers throughout Florida and 35 countries. It is Florida's only statewide lifestyle magazine.
